Love the owners ... they are so helpful and friendly! Also, we like to stay here when we bike the trails. Acess to the trails is easy and it is so nice to have the locked and secured shed on the property put our bikes and charge them if needed.

Sam, the owner of the property made us feel very welcomed. He remembered every persons name in our group. They are very hospitable! He provided excellent recommendations on places to eat. I would highly recommend this location if you are planning to stay in Boulder Junction.

We had a wonderful time at Boulder Bear Motor Lodge. The place is very clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the area. It is not a new place and not high end but the hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It is right on the bike trail which was what we were there for. We would definately stay there again.

Nice

Wonderful hospitality, so friendly. Cute lobby and comfortable room. Good location in Boulder Junction. Breakfast was adequate and hosts were very attentive - food could be a bit better. My only suggestion is to upgrade the pillows - softer, fluffy pillows would be nice. Overall we would stay there again. Good value.

Very friendly helpful host and hostess. Comforable bed, quiet room and able to watch doe with twin fawns out our room window! Owner keeps bikes in locked garage for safety and to keep out of weather. Property central to awesome paved bike trails. Able to walk to shops and dining. 2 nd time here. Will stay here again when biking in area.

The family who owns the property has a level of customer service that I have not experienced often (even in very expensive resorts). They seem to genuinely live the principles of serving the guests and getting to know each one. The only minor thing I would need to mention is that the room I stayed in had a subtle smell of cigarette smoke. They tried to mask it with air freshener, but I’m sensitive to it. Overall the property offered what I needed with the added bonus of the great customer service.
