"Staff wasn’t friendly at check-in. Ned was ok. There’s no coffee maker or or bottled water! Body wash, shampoo, hand wash soap and lotion were ok. "

"I booked this hotel after reading the reviews but I am now convinced they are paid for somehow because there is no way that people have a good stay at this hotel. I felt so unsafe I left after the first night (of three) and when I called the front desk to let them know, they said they would refund me the last two nights (without my asking) and I thanked them and told them I really appreciate it. I have yet to see a refund or any indication that one is coming. I was followed around the property several times and felt unsafe going to the parking garage after dark to get my car. The property is dilapidated and is in serious need of updates both in regards to cleanliness and security."

"It was terrible. We didn't stay there even for an hour, even though we paid for three days. The pictures don't match the reality. The area was dirty, the rooms were dirty, the floor was covered in animal hair. And when we wanted to cancel and asked to keep the first day's payment, they said they would keep the second day as a penalty, but we had to contact them again the next day, and the next day they said they wouldn't cancel the second day and kept the three days' payment."

"ive extended April 27 2025 to May 16, 2025. thru the hotel directly & paid at front desk. We will see if im more able to ambulate better after stem treatment back in March 2025 allows my body towards total responding & recuperation towards walking freely and the staff here as been totally outstanding within all their support.
