"The room was stunning and spotless. The staff arranged for a cab to get me from the airport when I arrived late, and helped me with a tour around the city. They checked in with the taxi to make sure I arrived to the airport on time for my departure as well. As a solo traveler. I really appreciated their attention and assistance so I could find my way around. "

"Overall a lovely staff at Pestana , my room was literally a small apartment, spotless and also had a washing machine ( which was great after a week of traveling ) . The hotel breakfast was a steal and had a lot of good options "

"At check in we did not like the room but accepted it since it was just a short stay. I came down looking for a cash machine so we could have cash for tips. I was approached by one of the staff she introduced herself as Maroua if I got the name right she asked about my stay I mentioned our disappointment about the room. She apologized and quickly turned things around giving us a better room and explained it was due to the category room we booked. Very polite lady and understands guest satisfaction. I will come back again. "
