"We arrived at the property on time on the appointed day only to find that instead of the 2 bathrooms indicated on the listing there was only one bathroom! One toilet, not the two that were referenced on the listing. The Host, Malika was not present as she lives 30 minutes from this house and does not speak English. Her studnet daughter Celia spoke some English but could not explain why the listing says two bathrooms yet there was only one. Her explanation was that there was a bath tub in the master bedroom (indeed there was, about two feet away from the bed in fact) but no additional room or toilet, just a door leading into the garage! The only toilet was located about a 60 foot walk away through the kitchen and the living/dining room -- which, for two people in their late 70's was quite a hike in the middle of the night in a very dark setting. Speaking of which the nearest grocery store was a 25-30 minute drive away and there was only one restaurant in this small village and it was already closed for the season (on September 16) and the nearest place to eat was also 25-30 minutes away. We could not figure out the heat and the house was cold (about 60-62 degrees F) and we had to call the daughter again to ask her to return to the house to turn on the heat. We stayed for about an hour, did not unpack, called VRBO and asked what we should do and eventually left. We drove nearly two hours out of our way to this location, it was a very unpleasant experience!"

"We (4 adult and 5 kids ages 8-12) had an amazing week here. The house is lovely with plenty of room for us all and the swimming pool is amazing. Best of all is the incredible view from the balcony where we ate everyday. The area is stunning and only 5 mins drive to the beach at Saint Martin. There is loads to do including lots of places within 15 minute drive. We would highly recommend"
