"This is our second visit here and it was fantastic just like the last time .There’s everything you require for a self catering stay, Full size cooker, microwave ,large fridge freezer etc . It’s situated in a quiet neighbourhood of Avignon.They do have a parking space for 1 vehicle which is great and it’s off road . "Nice, clean and centrally located. The property manager does not speak any English so can be difficult to ask any questions. I would suggest that they leave a map of the area and suggestions for restaurants etc for those that aren’t familiar with the area. We got lost quite a few times. Beautiful city and well maintained VRBO."

"A perfect location for our time in Provence. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. There was free parking a few minutes down the street and the #5 bus was an easy trip into Avignon. The flea and produce markets in Villenuve were the best that we'd encountered in our travels and a lovely little grocery across from the apartment. The locals are friendly and helpful. "I loved the location, right across the street from the old city. There was a grocery store next door, very convenient. The property seems to be student residences as well as hotel and has laundry facilities, safe bicycle storage, recycling, an exercise room and breakfast for an extra fee, which we didn't do. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was fine, the shower was great, the room was very spacious, but with a characterless, unadorned feel. Still, over all, good value. "

"The area does not feel safe. Although it is on hotels.com, it does not have a 24 hour front desk. The check-in time is 3pm - 7pm. The place does not provide an alternative check-in method unless arranged before hand. We were traveling during the day without connectivity and were not able to receive their email. When we arrived in the evening, we had no way to check-in, and had to book a different hotel in the mid of the night. Afterwards, they refused to refund even we did not stay at the...
