"The front desk clerk who greeted us (Sorry I can't remember her name) was amazing and pleasant. Very helpful. When you return to the hotel, if after 10 p.m. , you must enter a code to gain entry. We did not realize this and rang the bell. The lady who came to let us in seemed quite perturbed that we had bothered her. Great location and great hotel, just don't disturb the night manager!!"

"This is a very basic hotel. It was clean but feels old. The surroundings feel unsafe. It is very difficult to access the main door. You have to get into a street elevator to get into the second floor. There is lots of construction now and it may get better when the construction is finished. The staff was helpful and fun to talk to in our limited French. "

"A beautiful hotel, excellent room and facilities. The room opened onto a courtyard/garden. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had breakfast there which was very good. A short walk from Avignon station and about 5 minutes walk to the centre of the city. "

"I liked this appartment/ work space/ co op type of place. The room had a small convenient kitchinette and a shower that was not fully private as it had one side, a shower curtain, but one side was open with fake plant stand, so no barrier/ no privacy. It was a weird setup. But, the thing that bothered me the most was the mosquito attacks in the room at night. I couldn’t sleep well as I got bit multiple times. I had not opened the windows. I think mosquitos infestation is inside the...

Yes, the room was small, but when I travel I don't really expect to spend all that much time besides sleeping in my room. It is meant as a small, affordable hotel and not a luxury hotel and it far exceeds this goal. I highly recommend it."

"As the others mentioned, it's a motel, not a hotel...not that clean for the money we paid, i had to swap our beds with my kids one for safety reasons, there's ladder to climb up to the to top bed which is entirely not safe, also was too small for my boys. Over all outside the property looks nicer than inside."
