"We came into Arles and our hotel being fairly sick. The front desk operator, Charlotte, actually sat down with me and arranged a doctor appointment. The clinic required online registration and appointments. When she found that our US phone number did not fit, she substituted her own cell and then sent clinic updates to me through email. "Arriving at the property via the small lanes not helped by GPS navigation led to very low expectations. Once inside the gate there was a surprise. The property is an ancient convent with a lovely Chaple. The grounds a wildly planted with many different and interesting ponds, large fountains, and plantings. Worth a stay and visit to ARLES and ST REMY. Just be sure to have good directions to find the Havre de Paix, Excellent breakfast served with fruit, cheese, cut meats, cereal, coffee, juices,...

The staff could not be more helpful and accommodating. This is my third visit and it just seems to get better. An ideal location for visiting many of the charming towns in Provence.
