The property offers a great location with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the shore, alongside spacious and bright living areas. However, the mattress was uncomfortable and felt like springs, leading to a poor night's sleep, and a bedside chair was broken, limiting its usability.

Room smell bad Shower broken and making noise all night No ac and needed to leave the windows open which you can hear all the noise from outside and couldn’t sleep all night. Carpet dirty but the bed sheets were clean. You can stay in this hotel only in emergency or if you couldn’t find another option.

One to avoid.

Hotel is tired, but generally clean. No on site reception, so had to go to hotel next door for keys. Lots of people milling around in the early hours of the morning, banging doors and talking loudly, resulting in a disturbed sleep.

It was not a good hotel at all, the rooms were a lot smaller compared to the pictures they show you on the website. There was no air ventilation it was very stuffy in the rooms.also the check out time was at 11 but the house keepers locked us inside without knocking on the doors. And we left jsut before 11.

not worthy for the price

communication 0. did not get any replies for the messages requesting information. arrived on time but room was not ready. rooms were on 3rd floor but lift was not working. need to pay for parking in the hotel premises while its free in other hotel. it's more like hostel than hotel. Fire alarm went off in the morning but no one was there to assist. not so clean, smelly room n toilet. dirty furniture n broken fridge but fortunetly working.

Had to go the hotel around the corner to check in and check out even though there is a receptionist area on the property I stayed it was closed.The wifi literally would come on for like 3 seconds and then be out for like 30 seconds to a minute at a time.Wifi was crappy for my entire stay of 1 night and the workers at the other hotel said they know about the internet problem.They claimed the internet problem is because it is always like this on weekends or when the town is busy and that by Sunday the wifi would be okay.The common areas didnt smell so nice.The room windows could not open.The bathroom didnt have a window.The tv remote had no batteries.The tv toggle wouldnt work.The tv also said no signal.

This cannot be classed as a hotel at all. Apaling

No WiFi, no service, no staff available at any time. Room not serviced ever during my 5 day stay. Basics lacking, Cup not ever washed, toilet roll not replaced had to use own tissues. Surfaces not wiped, bed never made, bin not emptied, tea/coffee never replenished (thank goodness I brought my own with me) Basin not wiped, no hangers in the wardrobe, just fundamentals. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It should just be classified as a room only doss house and even then that is over selling it. I can honestly say, that it felt third world standard of accommodation and should not have ever been classed as a hotel. It was totally mis sold as it said a room with a sea view. Definitely not a sea view room. Lift out of order and could not be used.Steep stairs, lots of them, definitely unsuitable for any kind of disability, not even a ramp up to the front coded front door. Totally impersonal and really bad.
