Lovely hotel with great friendly staff (in the bar and restaurant especially!) think it’s so good when they provide so many games and things to do including bingo night which was a lot of fun! Breakfast was fantastic and rooms lovely. Only issue we had was it’s really noisy outside with cars constantly passing horning and revving and the velux windows don’t shut! Otherwise the hotel itself is really quiet. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect package

Perfect location, just a short walk from the beach and town centre. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, making the stay enjoyable. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with great amenities like an indoor pool. The breakfast was good, the overall experience is excellen.

The room was 24.4 degrees all night even with the windows open, with them open it meant the room was very loud from people outside. We were at the back of the hotel on 2nd floor and could hear people talking and shouting until 4am! So we didn’t sleep great and the bed wasn’t the comfiest. The shower was good but not the cleanest. The lift was slow and tiny we ended up carrying our pram down the stairs. The pool was nice, the changing area tiny and not good for families though. The staff all very friendly and super helpful that was the best part of the stay.

Great place to stay

Really liked the hotel and location. Will be going back later in the year. Only criticism was the pool not being open in the morning. Otherwise great hotel with lovely staff! Shame the town is becoming rundown, the low lighting in the shopping area at night made us want to get back to the hotel asap.
