Nicely done conversion to a hotel from the old Coventry Telegraph building. They kept a lot of the memorabilia and feel from when it housed the newspaper. Room was a great size with a quite small but lovely bathroom.

The staff went above and beyond for our group and I am so very grateful. We even managed to get an early check in which saved the day. The property is incredibly beautiful and everything was clean and efficient, and the staff was super friendly and attentive. Would absolutely stay here again.

What a lovely place to spend our time in Leamington Spa. Martha was beyond accommodating with our checkin, and everything we could ask for during our stay. The place is squeaky clean and quiet. Highly recommend it.

The rooms were spacious, quiet - the housekeeping did a fantastic job Iustina and George at the restaurant/bar very helpful centrally located super close to the train station. It’s a shame the restaurant closes the kitchen at 9 but other than that all was great !

Fabulous overnight experience, and the castle is unparalleled. Expedia-bookers beware! Booking through Expedia is for lodging only, it does not include admission to the castle, which would be included if you booked directly through the castle website. We were unclear about this, and a bit disappointed when we arrived to find we had to purchase tickets to the castle separately. (Had we known, we could have bought them a week earlier, at a discount. I enjoyed my stay here. My room was simple and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was tasty. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

This is a lovely small boutique hotel with rooms that are quiet and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. We were there for an event at the castle and would stay here again if I was in the area.

We were greeted by friendly, helpful staff. The beds were very comfortable. We used the leisure facilities in the morning which open at 7. The pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were relaxing. I hope to go back and spend a couple of nights.

Very nice property, and when you log on to its wifi, you get a free drink at the adjoining pub.

Everything was as described and the people were very friendly and helpful. They were always available if needed but not overly intrusive. Close to the centre of Warwick and excellent selection of restaurants takeaways and pubs. We were waiting to close on our apartment in Warwick and were very pleased to have stayed here for almost 3 weeks.

Loved the staff, expecially one who came out to the bus stop with added information on the day I left in the afternoon: Wednesday, October 28th. More than necessary
