"The room and the service was excellent. Fully stocked room and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and everything we needed was provided. Sharon provided everything we needed during the stay, and made us felt very welcome. There are only two rooms within the tea rooms which made it feel very personal staying. The tea room is located in a lovely village that has 3 pubs and has some really nice walks. We have even booked to return next year."

"The location really couldn’t be better for exploring the town of Richmond, the house it’s self is beautiful, the room was gorgeous (Wesley suite), the breakfast was more delicious and you had a good choice to choose from, all in all highly recommended, would definitely return "
