"While the rooms are lovely and the sheets were immaculate, I needed help with three things - 1) the front desk had to send an engineer to help me set up the Chromecast (there really was an issue, but the engineer came up at 930 pm and solved it) 2) the shower head was old and was not providing sufficient water flow and was malleable enough to where me trying to clean the openings was just squishing them (the showerhead wasn’t just cleaned, it was replaced by the time I got back to the room, but that tells you about the state of the hardware), the shower curtain was dirty - and again, they replaced the single-layer one with a replaceable liner fabric one (which tells you you have to ask for a clean and a modern liner and a shower head that works because they won’t update it on their own), and the repair team left two sharp items on the floor as a failure of sweeping the floor after the repair. I brought them to the front counter and other than an apology there was no effort to remedy this (they asked me if I needed medical help after stepping on it). So, it’s nice…. But you have to ask for basics. They’ll come through and help but they’ll still miss the mark. I’d stay here again but I’d adjust expectations tremendously."

"It was extremely confusing. There were no clear instructions on where to park or where to obtain the keys. I also spent a significant amount of time trying to determine whether I was in the correct apartment. When I arrived, there was an extra set of keys and an envelope left on the counter, but it was not addressed to me, which added to the confusion. However, the apartment was very clean, organized and smelled great! Bed was comfortable and cozy. "

"This is a family-run business in the heart of Bethesda. Not fancy but run by a nice bunch of folks. Easy access to the NIH by shuttle. Close to two grocery stores and lots of restaurants. "

"Front Staff/Management was helpful & wonderful! Gabrielle went above & beyond to help with an issue. We inadvertently left valuables in our room safe. Gabrielle safely retrieved our valuables, despite the fact that another guest had occupied our previous room. She conscientiously assured that we received our valuables. Thank you Gabrielle!"
