"Der Preis von 6000 Dollar für drei Wochen ist aus meiner Sicht absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Die Ausstattung der Küche war unzureichend – es gab lediglich einen Kochtopf, keine Pfanne und auch nicht genügend Besteck für vier Personen. Zudem fehlte ein Geschirrhandtuch komplett. Das angekündigte Housekeeping alle vier Tage hat leider nicht zuverlässig stattgefunden. Wir mussten wiederholt an der Rezeption nachfragen, damit überhaupt gereinigt wurde. Auch die Zimmer hätten deutlich sauberer sein können, was den Gesamteindruck zusätzlich negativ beeinflusst hat. Auch der Pool wurde nicht regelmäßig gereinigt. An einem Tag wurde er zwar gesäubert, war jedoch selbst um 12 Uhr mittags noch geschlossen. Das Frühstücksangebot war ebenfalls enttäuschend, da es täglich die gleiche Auswahl gab: Burritos, Bagels und Waffeln, ohne Abwechslung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich."

"Pictures did not match the room, the room looked like a dorm room that you walk in on the first day of college with a bed with no sheets and those 4 black legs holding it up. Blinds were broken and the room was dirty. Very shady area too."

"The property was poorly maintained, very dirty, and old. They have a sofa bed that I needed to use, and I asked at the reception, they said that I can find clean bed set in the wardrobe. I found it there, but it was “not fresh” and extremely used. I checked in my second room, it was better, but still old. And this smell in the rooms was terrible, I asked the front office agent to change the room, because one of my rooms smelled like they forgot an egg there, but of course, it was impossible, because they were sold out. "
