"The gal at the front desk was very accommodating as we had been flying all night. She let us check in early... we were exhausted. She gave us a quick rundown of the property and amenities. She was very kind. I also wanted to use the microwave up by the front desk. There was a gentleman heating up his dinner. He stopped what he was doing and let me bump ahead of him to heat my food up. That was very kind. I'm just saying the employees here are fabulous, kind and accommodating. The bed was comfortable. The place is quiet and the shower was out of this world. Thank you Delavan for a great stay. "

"I stay here every time I go to Buffalo for the weekend it’s close to everything very clean you can smell how clean it is the minute you walk in. It’s also secluded enough to relax after a long day! Great hotel definitely recommend. "
