"The apartment we stayed in was beautiful. We loved the decor and the apartment was so clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Onsite parking was a big bonus. It was a short walk to Bowness pier with plenty of shops and places to eat on the way. Excellent communication with the host. We would certainly recommend a stay here. We will certainly be returning. "

"This property is a collection of small apartment buildings with a shared main building featuring the amenities. The apartment itself was very nice. It was on the second level of the building which was accessible only by stairs making it a little challenging with luggage in the rain. The unit we stayed in had 2 bathrooms with a wheelchair accessible shower. "The property was in a state of disrepair, and it is noted the property currently has a “For Sale” sign, providing some understanding of the cause of the very poor state of the rental. Areas below acceptable standards were as follows: 1. Spiral staircase to top bedroom unsafe. Top handrail is unsecured, and a pole fell out one night while the stairs were not in use. "Stayed for a birthday weekend at this beautiful hotel, from the minute we walked through the door we where greeted with a smile and a warm welcome from Lesley on reception, she took us through everything and showed us to our from all with a constant smile, we had a cosy double with a hot tub and the room was stunning not small at all, we went for a walk into the centre which was lovely and prob took 7 mins, breakfast at the hotel was a standard help yourself buffet but again had everything you needed, staff at breakfast where friendly and welcoming. We used the spa which was lovely and we also ate lunch in the pub which was nice as well, again all staff we spoke to in the pub/spa where welcoming and very friendly, we went into the cocktail bar for drinks and where helped by Taylor and Findlay who where fab so chatty and helpful, we checked out the next morning after another lovely breakfast and organised a taxi to go back up station which unfortunately didn’t show, I was stressing a little but Alicia and Monika on reception sorted it by organising for Carl to drive us to the station, nothing is a problem for the staff at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful and I would return in a heartbeat, the stand out at this hotel for me is the staff, only once before have I been on a trip where every single staff member I encountered genuinely wanted to help you and make sure you where having the best time the staff working at this hotel really are amazing. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"
