"Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... "

"We arrived and the room 5 was in the state as shown in images, we had to find alternative accomodation because they couldn’t get us another room. We then were told that we could go to room 6 in the morning, the ‘team’ confirmed it was clean. We showed up the next day, and suprise!That room was in a similar state. "We stayed in a different room from the one I booked. It was smaller than I thought it would be, but we made it work. The kitchen was great, it includes a washer but no dryer. The area is charming and easy access to public transportation. A wonderful car service is not to far and very reasonable."

"What you get for the price you pay is excellent. Is it the most modern? No. Is it a bit tatty in places? Yes. But it is clean and spacious with extremely comfortable beds. Free parking and literally round the corner from wembley and minutes from the troubadour. "

"We would definitely recommend and return to the hotel due to its close proximity to the airport. The bus stop is practically on the doorstep and was only £1.50 for an adult and easily located at terminal 5. They had high levels of cleanliness throughout the hotel and all the staff were friendly and approachable. The beds are so comfortable, breakfast had a decent selection, unfortunately the area is compact. However, they do allow you to eat at the communal areas in the foyer but it is not very practical if you have small children "
