"The hotel room was updated and clean and is situated on a beautiful beach. We enjoyed how it is a smaller hotel and more quaint. The pool was nice but all of the cushions on the outdoor furniture on the patio were dirty. The breakfast was mediocre but we did arrive at it late so maybe that is why. It’s definitely not a luxury hotel but we did enjoy our experience there for what we paid. "

"The rooms are spacious. I stayed for four nights and had to work from the room much of the week, so the desk space was very helpful and the overall room size was very comfortable. The in-room coffee is adequate, and the complimentary daily coffee in the lobby is a nice added feature. I also needed to print documents during my stay, and the business center worked perfectly for that purpose. The staff is fine—perhaps not overly friendly, but certainly not unfriendly. "On my particular night, parking was a bit limited, except for the spots way in the back. There was a church service going on and much of the parking was unavailable due to those attending the service…a weekly occurrence every Thursday. As a solo, older woman traveler, I did not feel particularly secure, unloading my vehicle in the dark far behind the building. Perhaps the church goers should be required to park in the lot behind the hotel and save the spots upfront and under the lights for paying guests."

"They were going to charge me $30 for checking in 25 min early! The room made us sneeze like crazy. There was NO HOT WATER! We called downstairs and they told us it happens sometimes but they had no maintenance. Front desk just said sorry the next morning and never offered any compensation. We never got to take a shower. The pillows and bed were horrible. We came into town for a funeral. This couldn't have been a more horrible experience. "

"I purchase the premium bedroom with a queen size bed, instead I have a full size bed on a queen sized frame. Also, the Internet speed get overwhelmed in the afternoon (even Netflix keeps loading every 5 minutes) dirty floors, have to wear flip flops all the time. And lastly when they got in to clean, they just only did the bed but they left all garbage cans full, and they didn't clean the bathroom."
