"This hotel is excellent! I didn’t realize it, but it’s not in Sedona, it’s in the Village of Oak Creek. This means the Sedona shuttle won’t pick you up. But wasn’t a big deal, we were able to just drive and park at most trailheads and to downtown Sedona, and was a short walk to Bell Rock. Great room, clean, great pool and hot tub, and the staff were great!"

"This was a mother/daughter spring break trip. We had never been to Sedona and took a chance on where to stay from the reviews online. And we were so glad we booked The Enchantment. It was absolutely heavenly. The grounds, the staff, the food, beautiful hiking right out of our casita door…everything was perfect. We will definitely be back! "

"The unit we stayed in was very nice, but kitchen floors were dirty, very little plates and utensils. Windows had some kind of haze on them, along with some kind of stain on the bedroom window. We asked to have them cleaned, but if they did clean them you couldn’t tell. One of the lighter bedroom drapes was ripped on a section. The bed mattress was not comfortable at all, and imo needs to be replaced. The tv reception wasn’t working at all for the first day but was fixed by the next day, so take that for what it is. Found several bugs in the bedroom and bathroom but hey, it’s the Arizona desert, right? Overall we really enjoyed the facility and area. The detail to cleaning and upkeep on unit could have been a little better."

"SpringHill Suites seems like a newly built building. Staff were very nice and rooms were comfortable. We did NOT like the cleaning service schedule. It is not everyday and seemed two days without room being cleaned. The location is far from Sedona center and it was a 25-30 min drive everyday."
