"Everything was good. But... the plumbing needs help. Both the bathtub & bathroom sink had very poor drainage. We notified the front desk as the bathtub drainage was risky for us. They brought workmen in the evening of our arrival & the next day to finish the work. Good drainage after their work. But they need good plumbers to renew the structures under construction."

"Very comfortable accommodations for friends getting away for a visit. It was perfect for our group: one liked to walk, one liked to read, one had to work, and one had a few mobility issues. Easy access. All on one floor. Spacious enough for family groups. No more than a 10 minute drive to downtown Sedona. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we might need, but there are lots of restaurants to choose from as well. Nice desk area in primary bedroom. Tub/showers, so not handicap accessible. Good internet access. Good communication with host regarding access. No issues, so no communication during stay.Quiet, private, ‘dark-sky’ so very dark on private road after nightfall. Beautiful surroundings!"
