"We enjoyed our stay. All the amenities were great. The pool was fantastic. They had complimentary coffee and cold teas and filtered water available all day. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of options. The courtyard concert on Friday night was nice to attend without having to leave the property. Parking was free. Loved our balcony, which overlooked the courtyard. We also enjoyed the Sunset Vista with red chairs to watch the sunset. And the Mountain View from our balcony was also nice. We will definitely return next time we visit Sedona."

"The main resort and grounds are lovely, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. We stayed in the Cliffs above the cottages of the main resort, which offers gorgeous views of the red cliffs. The first floor king room was fairly small, but nicely appointed. It doesn’t afford you a private balcony, only chairs and a table outside the door of a walkway, so when you have the curtains open to enjoy the views, people are walking by. We gave a lower rating for this and the lack of sound proofing between floors, based on the price point paid and caliber of the resort. We’ve travelled extensively and this was one of the worst instances of noise we’ve experienced; we could hear every step and almost the details of conversations."

"i have to be honest to start with. we were very excited about this property when we booked. its very hard trusting pictures on the internet but we have done the online rentals quite a few times. i will start by getting to this place (please bear with my long review). anyway while turning up the street from 89A, we started thinking what have we rented. sorry brad and tina. we kept driving and looking at the view and then we got to their street and said this is better. we pulled into the driveway and thought ok this is not terrible. then we opened the door and walked in and my wifes jaw dropped. it was the cutest entryway and kitchen for starters. this place was sooooo clean and decorated to perfection. the whole house is just immaculate and color coded. then you go out back and the deck is unbelievable and the yard is so very well maintained and the little nick nacks around the property is perfect. and then there is a rock wall that is beautiful. the best thing is we got to talk to the host personnaly and they are there to help you have a wonderful stay which we will be back many more times i hope. sorry for the long review but this was the best rental we have ever stayed at and we highly reccomend you try it. very nicely done mr and mrs fulman! pthanks again for reading our review. ps. the view from the back deck is undescribable!!!"
