Very comfortable place. Kind staff. The pool was closed Sept 16 ( could leave it open few more days). Very wide room. Breakfast a little poor. Generally enjoyed the place Price is very fair

Staffs were very friendly and helpful. They had good suggestions for food and and attractions around the town. Ms. Dessy arranged couple of tours for us. Cleen rooms with lots of natural lights.

Good location. Walking distance to Metro which can get you in to city center for 1.6 leva. Room had nice bathroom with complete shower stall. Front desk efficient. Room surfaces clean. Great hotel by Eastern Europe standards.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Apartments are large, clean and pretty well equipped. Location is ok, with the center about 12 minutes away, by taxi, wich we paid about 3.5 euro for. Bulgaria Mall and metro stop only 5 minutes away by feet. Numerous grocery stores and restaurants in the area (recommend Djanam Steak House. Best steak I found in Bulgaria so far. A bit pricey but wonderful food and service) I can't recommend this hotel enough. Big thumbs up.

I had a delightful stay at the WN Lab Hotel. They even have an amazing coworking space at the property so it’s perfect for business trips.

Excellent location for the airport, right next door to the mall, friendly staff, one of the best and cleanest hotels Ive stayed in. The only downside was the package, I went for the Free Minibar.. and this had only 1 bottle of water, small juice and a soda water.... not really a mini bar package..

Was charged 40 Euros for parking eventhough reservation stated Free Parking. New hotel. Clean. Modern. Excellent restaurants. Very large room with great views. Great staff.

My husband and I added Bulgaria to our honeymoon last minute and weren’t expecting much. We arrived exhausted at 6am via bus and were greeted with excellent service at thus hotel! We were able to check in several hours early for a fee and enjoy a complimentary and delicious breakfast. The staff was lovely and kind. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel itself is located close to the subway and bus terminal and bus stop. We had a flight back and were able to get a cheap taxi called on by the...

Great and friendly staff,convenient area to shopping mall,groeceries and many more,even a flower shop is right next to the hotel on the same street. Very delicious breackfast and great and clean spaceous room.

Everything was excellent, thank you very much. Room was a bit noisy at night from night club next door.
