"Fantastic cosy room. Lovely shower , comfy bed. The check in is via phone and a key safe . The room was well stocked and very clean. Main problem is the doors to rooms don’t have quiet closing so when the ignorant other guests go in and out there is constant slamming of doors. We stayed in the room with exposed beams and it was very well thought out . Good for walking holiday due to location."

"As an airport hotel, the location was great, the staff very helpful, the services handy, efficient and well managed. My only concerns were the sad lack of towels and pillows. One towel in the bathroom is not enough for a couple. I went digging around the room and found a second eventually. One pillow each did not allow for sleeping options. Good but not great experience."

"The property is beautiful abd the staff is polite. The airport hoppa bud needs to add this hotel to their roster or tell people that they stop next door. The hotel staff needs to be sure of the hoppa bus number when customer call in. The food lacked taste in tge restaurant more and the wait staff seemed stressed out and tired. Other than that, the stay was great!"

"We stayed here so as to have a quiet time before beginning a long flight. As the hotel was on a bus route, we were able to travel to the airport and then into London on the Elizabeth Line, Piccadilly Line or Heathrow Express. The common areas were really enjoyable, for drinks or ordering food from a menu that offered a good variety of options. Our room was large, had a fridge, enough power point and USB points, and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was very good indeed with large thick towels, and enough of them. The staff could not have been more efficient and friendly. They were really lovely at check-in, check-out and at the bar."
