Beautiful Family Lodge with room for everyone

  • Bring the family to this great lake house with room for the whole family. This 4 bdrm, 2 bthm 2510 SF is everything you need for the perfect vacation. When you walk in you are greeted by a beautiful living room both upstairs or downstairs. 2 fireplaces and lots of room to relax. Step out onto the patio and into peaceful serenity. Home is located in the gated community of OakShores with a pool, mini golf, playground, and game area. 10 adults 16 and older maximum. $25 per day watercraft fee to bring in the community, first 2 cars are free, $15/night for additional vehicles.

Paradise in the oaks

Great stay! The house is wonderful. Clean, great layout for the kids, and a beautiful relaxing deck . We enjoyed our time on the lake followed by relaxing evenings on the deck.

Great

This home was perfect for our family, grandparents, parents and children. There was plenty of room to spread out. We especially loved the two living spaces, as the kids could hang out and do their thing. The deck was roomy as well. All in all a great time was had by the entire family.

This property is clean, has enough space for our entire family. We saw deer every evening and morning. Has big deck for outside entertainment. Host Joe was great; anything we needed he was fast to respond. We are already looking for our next dates we can come back.

Loved our stay

The pictures here do not do justice to the actual house. The house is much better than the photos. We were very happy with overall experience. All what you need for a family and friends vacation is there in the house.

Great property, great prop mgrs

This was our second stay in this specific home and it is definitely our favorite. We have been coming to the lake for over 35 years with our family and friends and this house has everything we need. Shout out to Judy, the property manager. She went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable!!

Overall the house was perfect and exactly what we needed for our large group. It was clean, spacious, and well equipped with kitchen goods and bathroom needs. We were a bit confused when we arrived and saw a boat in the driveway since it wasn’t mentioned anywhere. But that was cleared up with a simple phone call and there was enough space to tandem park. Also, when we were there, there ended up being a planned power outage due to the heat. I don’t blame the host at all but not having power for 9 hours put a bit of a damper on the trip; especially on the hottest day of the week (100 degrees). We couldn’t find much supplies around the house for a power outage only one lantern. Luckily Judy had a few she brought over promptly that really helped. If this is a common occurrence I’d encourage the host to have a little power outage kit around the house with enough lanterns or flashlights and maybe some battery powered fans. Because it took awhile to cool down outside due to the heat which left the house stuffy even at 10pm.We truly did enjoy our stay though even with the minor inconveniences and would stay again.
