"Off season so the “hotel” was closed. We were staying in the “residency” in a 2 bedroom suite. Still, at $1200/night you think they’d try. Or close completely. They told us we needed an appointment to use the gym. We tried to make an appointment for two days by calling and emailing with no response. "Had some difficulty finding the property at first, have to go past a “No Trespassing” sign and the first house you see when you turn into the address is not the house. Also we couldn’t get the key out of the key pad, luckily we did have the WiFi information and were able to connect to their WiFi and message them and after about an hour we were guided to the location of a spare key and were able to get into the house. This was our only hiccup with the property the entire stay. Phenomenal house and phenomenal location! 10/10 reccomend!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Kerry and Brian’s property in June. The condo was immaculate upon arrival and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. Kerry and Brian were attentive hosts, checking in during our stay to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The daily housekeeping service was a lovely touch and kept the condo feeling fresh throughout our visit.The location is excellent—conveniently situated in town while still feeling peaceful and relaxing with ample parking. We especially enjoyed the beautiful terrace overlooking the river, as well as the pool and hot tub. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would gladly return and highly recommend this property to others visiting Aspen."
