"Off season so the “hotel” was closed. We were staying in the “residency” in a 2 bedroom suite. Still, at $1200/night you think they’d try. Or close completely. They told us we needed an appointment to use the gym. We tried to make an appointment for two days by calling and emailing with no response. "The location of the property is excellent. It is in the heart of Aspen, yet just one block to the gondola. Our room had a view of the mountain, and you could watch skiers descend the slopes. The room had a real fireplace and was nicely furnished. Everything was neat and clean. Easy walking distance to quality stores and restaurants. Very frindly and efficient staff at the front desk. "

"We had a great stay at this condo in Aspen. The place was very clean and recently updated, which made it feel comfortable and well taken care of from the moment we arrived.The location was one of the best parts — it’s just a short walk to town and the gondola, so everything was super accessible without needing to drive. The free shuttle was also very easy to use and made getting around even more convenient.We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches, especially having all the toiletries stocked in the bathroom — it made the stay feel even more easy and comfortable.Overall, it was a really easy, stress-free stay. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again."
