"Great venue, perfect for family, would stay again"

"The property is located in normal street on a housing estate, the area does not feel very safe. There is what appears to be a hostel next door there were a group of rough looking people sitting in our the front of their property drinking and making noise. The steps up to the property had people's washing laid out. The rooms are very small and the finish is not to a great standard. Beware the property owner has a very Ridgid refund policy and does not give refunds under and circumstances. "
