The staff is friendly. The hotel needs some refreshing and the cleaning staff should be restrained. The drawers were dusty and the bathroom had a lot of hair. Nevertheless, I would stay again because they honored my Expedia membership and gave a free upgrade to a suit and they gave a free bottle of wine and a complementary bottle of water. "
