"Staff left us to deal with our five large pieces of luggage stating that "a guest probably took the trollies and maybe they'll bring them down, maybe not" they said they would store our luggage in a room and proceeded not to assist at all. In the morning they opened the room where our bags were and left me despite being obviously handicapped and walking with a crutch to retrieve our luggage and transfer it to the airport shuttle. I'd specifically booked a room with a walk-in shower due to my medical issues and we were given a room with a tub. I attempted to call the desk from the room and had to go back down to the lobby as the staff did not answer. When they switched our room to an accessible one the toilet was not a handicapped version as it was quite low and difficult to use. The staff seemed generally disinterested in doing anything to assist us, even after explaining that we'd just packed up our life in Qatar in just right hours and had been evacuated. My wife even apologized for my being annoyed despite my disability, obvious pain as well as having already explained our difficult evacuation, sixteen hour flight, and not having slept more than four hours in the previous days. At least the shuttle driver assisted in lifting our luggage onto the bus."
