"Front desk staff was good, rooms are dated but bed was clean. No elevator was an issue, as this is so close to the airport you can be sure that most everyone has lots of luggage which you have to carry up 2 flights of steps. Also with being close to the airport folks are leaving very early in the morning like 6:00 shuttle, however breakfast that’s supposed to be included at starts at 6, is in a locked room so you can’t even grab a muffin or banana, maybe put a few things out by the tea/coffee area for those that have paid for the free breakfast and never got it. Shuttle bus are only vans so only 12 can fit if you’re lucky, and the vans are very dirty and run down."

"I killed a cockroach in the room and for two days the cleaners didn’t remove the dead cockroach. The shower was not working. Toiletries were not put in the room after the first night and when I demanded from the front desk, she insisted I must come down to pick them up. They were only interested in collecting money. "
