"Mistakenly booked this hotel. No way close to Hyatt hotels standards.Swimming water ice cold! Climate control doesn’t work , slow internet, limited choice for breakfast.Staff untrained and rude. I also wanted to add I got sick after having a Cesar salad or there breakfast. If you value your money and health don’t go here ."

"We've stayed many times happy here, good staff and shuttle, best refund policy. Good pub! This trip we arrived early and I had assumed a moderate wait for check in, but they clearly had management instructions that no one checks in before 4pm. Had the pub been open (not until 5) or the lobby warmer, this would have been tolerable but it was -20°C outside as was the lobby every time the door opened. We would have paid for early check (if it was even an option) had they explained there was absolutely no flexibility to 4pm. It's disheartening considering the majority of us check out again before 7am without even the breakfast. Shuttle driver was great though! "

"Although the Room and hotel was very clean, the hotel is positioned to close to the airport runway. Sound from planes taking off was very loud, and room shook like there was an earthquake happening. Sounds from bathroom water from above room was extremely loud as though there is no insulating in the walls. I typically stay at Hilton properties but would definitely not return here."

"This hotel had a lot of thoughtful touches. The showerhead and the tap are at opposite ends of the shower, which make it easier to get a comfortable temperature before getting wet. The pool is clean, quiet and very bright in the daytime. The Eco dispensers for shampoo etc. were very nice and the quality of product inside was even better. Shower towel towels are a decent size which is always welcome! Beds are comfy, staff are friendly and there’s a really nice coffee machine in the morning. We use the airport shuttle and it was comfortable and convenient. There’s also a subway right across from the lobby if you need to grab a quick snack. It was a very nice stay, and its our new “airport hotel”. "
