No explanation from the front desk as to why we get a wake up call that we didn't request - so that was a major annoyance."

"A cheap and cheerful airport hotel but it lacked a bar and, after flying in from the UK my wife and I were looking forward to a relaxing drink before retiring. They did offer some bottled drinks and snacks for sale near reception, but the choice was poor. Our room was clean but had no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We had to go down to reception, where free tea and coffee was available."
