"I honestly don’t understand how this hotel has received so many “Excellent” reviews. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.
The room had a terrible smell from the moment we arrived. The towels did not look clean and were not even white anymore. Luckily, I had brought our own towels, so we did not need to use them. The shower head had visible stains, and the bathtub drained extremely slowly.
The air conditioning was another major problem. It was very noisy but still did not cool...
