"Stayed here pre and post cruise, location is excellent a 10min walk to port. Bus stop a 5min walk and town center 5 min walk. Would def stay here again"

"We were not happy with our room as it was small and directly facing the road and the noise of constant traffic passing day and night. We had asked for a quiet room on booking and a late checkout, neither of which we got. The wellbeing classes were very expensive so we could not afford any. Dogs in rooms barking as they had be left alone. "

"Great location, although Bournemouth is hilly, underground car park is very convenient, check in quick and room ready early. Room very comfortable, modern and clean - only missing a fridge. Breakfast was excellent - happy to go back"
