"EXCELLENT GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT. HANDY ACCESS AT BACK GATE TO OUR CAR WHICH WAS PARKED AT THE SIDE. CLEAN, COMFORTABLE BEDS, PLENTY OF HOT WATER AND ALL MOD CONS. EDZELL IS A LOVELY SMALL TOWN WITH SOME GREAT WALKS NEARBY. EMILY WAS A PERFECT HOST WHO EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US ON ARRIVAL. WE WOULD HAVE NO HESITATION IN STAYING HERE AGAIN."

"Had a fantastic stay, the accommodation was spotless. Great private garden with hot tub. Owner Alan was fantastic, showed me round the property, was shown how hot tub worked. Everything was provided to make it a lovely relaxing holiday. Plenty nice cafes and shops in edzell to get everything needed. Great base for travelling round and visiting nearby towns. Bed was so comfy, it was warm when I stayed but the bothy was lovely and cool. Will definitely be back for another visit. Best relaxing...

"We had a great long weekend in Oct/Nov. The village is fantastic with a traditional butcher, farm shop and amazing cafe, all on a lovely high street. A wonderful park across the road which the dog loved. Lots of amazing walks nearby. The flat was cosy and there were some lovely treats on arrival. Great for dog owners too. "

"We had a wonderful time staying at Druids Knowe. The cottage has been finished to such a high standard, it is by far the best we have ever stayed in. We were very impressed with all the lovely extra details, the beautiful pictures, vases and bowls, the welcome pack was very generous and much appreciated, we really felt at home. The walks were fantastic and the wildlife visiting the cottage was amazing. We are already looking forward to returning next year."
