This updated townhome is a great find on Peak 9. Across the street from Snowflake Run & Lift, many hiking trails, and 3 blocks from Main Street. Luxurious master bath w/ large shower, free standing tub, vaulted ceilings, wood beams and stone finishes. 2500 sqft over 3 levels provides a comfortable floor plan. Other amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, sunken living room w/ gas fireplace, private hot tub, washer/dryer, 1 car heated garage, pool access, two bunk rooms.

Access to Mountain and Lifts:
The Snowflake Lift is across the street and one block down from the townhome. The walk is downhill. To ski back, you'll take the Snowflake Run back and take a right just before the Blue Sky building. You'll end up across the street from the townhome.
Upper Village Pool Clubhouse:
• Heated outdoor pool
• 1 Indoor hot tub
• 2 Outdoor hot tubs
• Open noon-8pm
• This clubhouse is open seasonally and has the following 2025 CLOSURE dates:
Fall maintenance 9/14/25-11/21/25
*This clubhouse is not on-site and is located at 450 Village Rd. In the winter it is easiest to drive there but please note that parking is limited.
Charter Sports in the Blue Sky building will provide complimentary overnight ski valet for gear that is rented through them.
Parking Limit: 2 cars - Please note that one car must fit in the garage and the other in front. Additional or oversized vehicles must park at either the Ice Rink or Airport Road overnight pay parking lot. More information can be found at BreckPark.
Occupancy Limit: 10 guests
Location:
• 350 yards from the base of the Snowflake Lift and the bottom of the Snowflake Run. Approximately a 6 minute walk.
• The Snowflake base area features a rental shop (Charter Sports, we have a discount link!), full service spa (The Spa at Breckenridge), ticket office and a Free Ride bus stop. Charter Sports in the Blue Sky building will provide complimentary overnight ski valet for gear that is rented through them. Please note that all of these services are dependent on snow pack and may be closed early and/or late season.
• Across King's Crown Rd there is a bus stop that will continue to Beaver Run (one stop).
• Directly in front of the complex there is another free ride bus stop. Buses that stop here continue on to the gondola.
• Summer Access - The 4 O'clock ski run and the Snowflake Run serve as hiking and biking trails. The Sawmill Reservoir trailhead starts directly next to the Snowflake Lift.
• 3 blocks from Main Street
• 2 blocks from Park Ave/Riverwalk Center
Provided Items:
• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• Hot tub towels are provided
• There is a toddler bed and pack n play crib available in this property. Toddler bed and pack n play sheets are not provided.
