The interior of this gorgeous condo has been recently renovated and completely modernized from top to bottom. The design features hand-painted artwork, high-end furnishings, granite, and a stunning brick fireplace that all come together to create an unforgettable mountain escape. Massive windows and sliding glass balcony doors give the unit a spacious feel and also an abundance of natural light. While relaxing in the living area or on the main balcony, you will enjoy access to some of the most spectacular scenery – this unit boasts the best views in the entire village.

With three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and enough bedding to comfortable sleep eight adults, this 1,392 square foot unit is guaranteed to please families and friend groups. You will find that the condo comes stocked with all of the items essential for a great vacation: Central heating, a gourmet kitchen that is fully stocked with plate ware and cookware, multiple flat-screen TVs with cable and DVD players, high speed wireless internet, and more.

Each of the three bedrooms features plush sleeping arrangements and access to one of the unit’s private balconies. The master suite guest will enjoy a queen bed and views of Maggie Pond/ Quicksilver Chairlift while guests in the spare queen bedroom and twin bedroom will have views of the ski school and plaza. The double vanity guest bathroom provides ample space for busy mornings and also provides great views of the ski runs. After a day on the slopes, you can choose to enjoy your meals around the beautiful wood table in the adjacent dining area, with seating for 8 people, or at the barstool seating at the kitchen counter.

In terms of location, it is nearly impossible to beat the Village at Breckenridge! The resort is known for its prime location and for being a true ski-in / ski-out property. Resort amenities include indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, exercise room, cable TV, and free wireless internet. Because the property is half a block from downtown, you won’t need a car - skiing, outlet stores, restaurants, and more are only a short walk away! In the summer, head over to the nearby horse stables for a scenic scenic ride, or explore any of Breckenridge’s many hiking trails.

We love village at Breckenridge! this is our second year staying here and this condo was in much better condition and more space than our last condo. I think my only request for the price would be to have a King bed in the primary suite. We know it was a queen when we booked it and still have a fabulous stay. But for the price, the King would be a tight fit, but much better for the price!

We LOVED this place! It was clean, updated, had everything we needed, and located in a perfect location for shopping and enjoying the downtown area. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tubs, and recreation area located in the building we stayed in. This is our favorite place we have stayed and we will definitely stay here again next year as we visit Breckenridge each year!!

Stayed during the week just before the summer season. If all your activities are in Breckenridge, you won't need a car as most things are within walking distance of your villa. Great views and ample space. We had extended family over for dinner one night, and even with 18 people, there was plenty of room.

Our third time at Breck and this condo had the best location for kids hands down! We were able to take the elevator down to the kids ski school without exiting the building. We were also able to watch the kids ski right from our dining table and living room. Would stay here again in the future. Also, Cade was very helpful when we had an issue with our dishwasher.

Very good location to ski school and town. Lift lines were longer than we expected to get up the mountain but had nothing to do with our condo...It was perfect for my family. Our only comment was that the bathrooms should have been better equipped with better soaps and personal hygiene items. (more upscale)

The view! The convenience! Great layout. Will stay here again. Only downfall of property is not having laundry in the unit. Could use new shower curtains and a deep clean of the oven, but otherwise excellent! Loved staying here for our vacation!

We stayed in this well equipped and lovely condo for our daughter's wedding week in Breckenridge. It has wonderful views from two spacious balconies, a perfect location in Breckenridge, and is part of the Village at Breckenridge with it's fabulous staff. The property management company Ski Colorado Vacation Rentals couldn't have been nicer and more helpful.

Overall this was a wonderful condo to rent. Updated, comfortable, spacious and great location. I loved being able to see my child at ski school right out the window and the views in general were spectacular. The only issues were very minor- using the Village app for the room key can be a bit slow/inconvenient, but I’m sure the owners of the unit can’t do anything about that. There weren’t any oven mitts in the kitchen and we could have used more kitchen towels. Like I said- very minor problems! We would definitely stay here again and plan to rent this unit in the future.

We've stayed here before and the view of the mountains never changes but the magnificience of the view does. Every season influences the scene from the flowers of Summer, to the golds of Fall, to the winterwonderland of the cold season. However the sky changes by the hour. The best part of the day is dawn, watching the sun illuminate the tips of the mountains and then creep down to the valley. At dusk the clouds put on a dynamic show until the darkness arrives. And the best part is that you get to enjoy this from the comfort of a well appointed, clean. spacious, comfortable condo.

The condo was in the perfect location for skiing and walking to town. The kitchen was well equipped. The unit was clean and the big windows overlooking the ski trails was beautiful. Was nice to be able to get plenty of firewood for the wood burning fire place. Only 2 minor complaints - the master should be a king bed. There was no ice maker or ice available - I went down to the front desk and they questioned whether we booked through them - we did not, so they couldn’t provide ice. Additionally there was no ice available in their little small market. Advise picking up ice on your way in if you want to make drinks for the evening.

This is our second time to stay at the Village but our first time in this unit and it did not disappoint. The views were amazing and you could not pick a better location. My girls kept asking if we could go back to the candy store and come to find out it was at the bottom of our building. From the lift, ski rental, lessons, walking distant to anything in town and parking in the heated garage close to the elevator it was seamless and stress-free. When we arrived our parking card did not work but a quick call and they had it working in minutes. There was 4 adults and 2 children and we all had our own space. I used the washer and dryer down just outside our room and it was easy/clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. Bathrooms are spacious with plenty of towels.

Terrible ! The horrible rancid dead fish smell was almost unbearable. So shocked to know it was known the day before we came and we were not notified ! Totally not worth the money Dirty pots and pans and outdated ! View was nice and and location good for skiing Limited towels , outdated coin operated laundry ....really below standards of a room of this price Pictures totally misleading If there had not been 6 of us with a baby we would have moved! As an owner of rental property I would expect to be compensated for a ridiculous smelly expensive experience !

Overall, We felt this place was great. The views are outstanding and location is great and an easy walk to Main Street; however, we were very disappointed that the pool and fitness center was closed. We found that out closer to check in time which was very disappointing as from the balcony, we can see the place next door everyone having a great time in the hot tub and pool so would have been nice for some evening or fill a gap of time fun. We didn’t see that in the listing when we reserved several months ago. There are some trails very close to the Village as well as some shops. The Gondola to take you up to Epic Discovery isn’t that far of a walk and is pretty fun and free as well. The laundry room on our floor had an “out of order” washer so had to go down or up a floor to do laundry. This was one of the first VRBO’s that we didn’t have laundry in the Condo. This was fixed I believe the day before we left and was just an inconvenience. You do pay with an app and had some issues with that as well. I would recommend more than one dish rag and one towel for the kitchen. If there are more, we couldn’t find them. Again, nice place, amazing views, and great location just some inconveniences. We would probably stay here again.

It was a nice location... steps from the Quicksilver Lift at the Base of 9 (a good place for beginners, but just a chair lift up and you can be on your way to any terrain) and also steps away from all of the shops and restaurants in downtown Breckenridge. The unit itself can't really be described as 'elegant' or 'contemporary' as noted in the identifier. The images are deceiving and gorgeous compared to the actual accommodations. Although the view of the mountain is beautiful from this corner unit, the unit is kinda' drab (due to furnishings and lighting... Better lighting - especially in the bedrooms - would help) and the master bathroom and some of the decor could use some updating. The pool is attached to a different building, but is accessible by way of the underground parkade ... so it's not necessary to take a walk outside to get to the pool which is nice; however, walking through the dirty/extremely dusty parkade makes this place feel anything but 'resort-like'. Although there is a lot of excitement on the Main Street, no one gathers in the center bricked area between the buildings... No fires burning, music, food/drinks... It's quiet unlike at the bases of Peak 8 and Peak 7 (but again, not a deal breaker because the main drag is just steps away). There is actually a fire pit and outdoor furniture by the pool area, but all of the furnishings were covered and the fire wasn't burning... so not exactly a welcome or useable gathering spot.
