Ski Access (Advanced Only; Snow-Dependent)



Ski-Out: Walk to the Burro Trail → exit onto Lower Lehman (Peak 9)



Ski-In: From Falcon SuperChair (Peak 10) down advanced terrain back toward the neighborhood

(Boarders may encounter short flats; conditions vary with snowpack.)



The Space



Gather in the view-filled living room (large TV + stone wood-burning fireplace) or cue up a movie in the home theater. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped for big breakfasts and hearty après dinners; step onto the deck to grill and soak in the hot tub under the stars.



Sleeping



Four comfortable bedrooms plus additional sleeping options accommodate up to 10 guests with room to spread out.

Pet Friendly! Pet Fee: $100, 2 dog max (up to 100lbs)



No smoking. Primary renter 25+.



Max 3 vehicles (1 garage, 2 driveway); town enforces parking rules.



Many Summit homes (including this one) do not have A/C—our alpine nights stay cool.
