Please note the condo is located above a restaurant on the plaza.

Living Room. The open living space features a cozy gas fireplace, comfortable seating and a wall-mounted tv with live channels through xfinity. From here, you can access a private balcony overlooking the resort, the plaza below, and peek boo ski area view. There are two outdoor chairs to unwind with a glass of wine or a cup of tea. A Murphy bed with a real mattress in the living room provides additional sleeping space, making the condo ideal for small families, or friends traveling together. There is a private, second bathroom with tub/shower combo accessible from here.

Kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook meals at home, from quick breakfasts before the slopes to cozy dinners after a long day exploring. Enjoy meals at the dining table for 4 or right at the kitchen bar.

Master Bedroom. The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with soft linens and plenty of storage for longer stays. High-speed Wi-Fi, TV, and convenient in-unit amenities make it easy to feel at home during your stay. En-suite bathroom with a double vanity sink, glass shower and a bathtub.

Washer and Dryer. There is a washer and dryer in the condo.

Internet. Free wi-fi throughout the condo.

Paid Parking. One car can be parked in the paid underground heated garage. This is an additional fee not included in the total. The fee is set by our homeowner association at their sole discretion, but to give you some kind of idea, around $15/night during summer and $25/night in winter.

Ski-In/Ski-Out. The condo is located right at the base of Peak 9. The Quicksilver Lift is just a block away - there are no streets to cross, just walk around the Maggie Pond directly to the lift. Alternatively (or when Peak 9 is closed), there is a Trolley/Bus stop across the street. It's free and would take you to the Gondola (it's a quick 5-minute ride). Store your ski/snowboarding gear with the free ski valet. In the morning, walk there (either through the garage or across the plaza), leave your shoes in locker, put on your warmed boots, grab your gear and walk to Quicksilver.

Winters offer world-class skiing just steps away. Beginners can access easy runs right on Peak 9 and advanced skiers can continue to explore the entire ski resort. Non-skiers can spend a day snowmobiling, dog sledding or shopping.

In the summer there are numerous hiking trails - some of them are accessible directly from the condo.

Other fun things to do in Breckenridge are biking, rafting, a fun park on Peak 8, horseback riding, Frisco Bay Marina, tennis, fishing, and so many other things. You won't get bored here in Breckenridge.

Please no animals of any kind in the home. Please keep our son safe. He has asthma.

***Please note that our pool will be closed for repairs and mainentance approximately from May 11th for about 6 weeks (the project is weather dependent). During this time you will be able to use the pool at our neighborhood property at Village at Breckenridge. The hot tubs by the gym will remain open.
