"Can not checkin because there is no staff help. Called phone help line number listed on self-checkin machine but no staff support at all. Have to leave the facility to find another place to stay. Very disappointed. Worst hotel experience in my life!"

"The rooms definitely need renovations. The hallway to reach the room takes a good 20 mn of walk!! On top of having skied all day and paying no less of 700€ a night. The gondola is not even included to reach the town (only at check-in and check-out) which is an additional 22€ per couple per ride. The bed is not comfortable at all and still using 2 single beds which is not adequate for a couple. Room service stops at 9pm which does not make sense! "
