"The selection and variety of breakfast! A combination of traditional Germans and American foods. Everything was delicious. Staff was great and when we asked one housekeeper how she was she said “almost perfect” and that summed up our stay. We enjoyed massages, the pool and my wife liked the saunas. Things one should be aware of and ask about. Some rooms are adjacent or across the street like the suit we rented. While the restaurant is closed you can still bring your food to a nice area where the coffee and juice is. Local delivery is good and there are grocery, butcher and a couple bakeries with in walking distance. We tried them and all are excellent. "

"This is an authentic Austrian guesthouse with so much character and charm. We loved everything about it!! The staff were wonderful and even accommodated my brothers gluten free dietary requirements. Don’t hesitate to book this amazing place surrounded by the Alpes and meadows covered in wildflowers. It’s only a short drive to Mittenwald . We had half board and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast and excellent dinner. I give it 10/10"

"The hotel was quaint but charming. Check in was quick, and receptionist was very friendly. The hotel was walking distance to restaurants and shops. Our room was a large king but the bed was low on the floor unlike more modern style beds. But the mattress was comfortable enough. "

"This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Much different than the best Western hotels of old in the United States. Extremely clean and well appointed. Nice bar with great seating area very close to the center of town but a little bit off the beaten path with easy parking. Very accessible rooms with elevator and nice modern shower front desk. Staff was extremely helpful."
