"the stay was very pleasant, with the room being spacious enough for 2 in a twin room. The beds were comfy, however there wasn't AC in the room, which made it quite stuffy and very warm, there were 2 upright fans in the room but were quite noisy to have on all night. Also, the carpet floor, especially under the edge of the beds was very grubby, with toe nail clippings still on the floor from presumably another guest. Outside of this, the hotel itself is very nice, the gym & swim facilities are very good, especially the pool & steam room, the changing area is also very clean and tidy. "

"Booked one night stay to celebrate my step-son's 21st birthday, we had 2 king-bed rooms in the main house. Full of character, spacious and very clean. We enjoyed drinking outside in the sun, the spa was clean and although busy it didn't feel crowded, and we made use of the outdoor jacuzzi and sauna. Our meal at Reflections was a little disappointing, but I put this down to them being extremely busy and possibly a staff member down. After dinner we enjoyed further drinks at the Champagne bar, which had a great atmosphere. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful. It was our 3rd trip, and we will definitely have a 4th."
