"This B&B is in a nice setting. Although it’s on the main road, it’s quite set back and the pub being just opposite this makes for a lovely combination. There is also a convenience store along the road if you wanted to get a morning newspaper etc. The room was very spacious which was nice. Just had to be careful of the beams. "There are many good things about this hotel and I would stay here again. My negatives were although the cooked options were good why does a four star establishment provide mostly tinned fruit at breakfast and yogurt in tubs. You used to be better than this. I also went for a swim at 6.30pm on a Friday to find that two thirds of the pool was taken by classes. I found that there is a list available for club members but not hotel guests. I could also have been informed as I went to get changed but instead sat by the poolside for a wasted 30 minutes and could not use the facility for exercise. Not surprisingly I was less than happy. This review is not to help travellers plan better but for staff to provide a better environment for those guests."
