The hotel was beautiful and newly renovated. The 2nd floor hallway smelled fresh. My room was so detailed and clean. The checkout experience was with front desk clerk Reginald. He was very pleasant and willing to explain all details to assure me, after I voices concerns about my reservation, booked through a 3rd party booking company. The staff is exceptional. "
