"Our first night in Italy after traveling from Switzerland on the fantastic Bernina Express train. The hotel is tucked into a rustic area within walking distance from the train station, but the cobblestone streets make wheeed luggage a bit challenging. The hotel is in an ancient building that has been modernized and updated, making it decieveingly comfortable with a unique feel of antiquity with all modern amenities. It appears to cater to the cycling set with a dedicated bike room, but that seems to be a bonus overall."

"The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Check in was super easy. The room was spacious and the bathroom also was large. It was very clean, well maintained and everything worked perfectly. The breakfast was very good. It is right outside the 2 railway stations but there was no train noise. A super convenient location. My wife and I stayed 2 nights and would stay there again. Highly recommended. "

"Classy hotel with full spa amenities. The breakfast was plenty and comprehensive. Warm and many cold options. The hotel is charming and well maintained. Short walk to the lake and the old town. "

"The whole resort was first class, staff were friendly, breakfast provided was excellent. The rooms were as described with perfect daily cleaning. The garden areas were immaculate, the mix of palm trees and conifers was just right, giving a picturesque view throughout. The location was ideal for an amount of local facilities and a fair walk into the centre. Would highly recommend."
