Next to one main drive way with bus stop downstairs,thus no way to open window and sleep because crazy noise. Management has no sense to proactively help guest under this extreme weather condition. "A great chalet in Morzine. Generous sized rooms, comfy beds and great communal facilities including the hot tub and sauna made this the ideal base for a weeks skiing. Super close to the free D bus to get to the lifts and stunning views over the town, particularly pleasant to watch the torch parade and fireworks on Thursday night."

"First off, the place was huge and beautiful. Enough room for a family of four to spread out. Nori was right on it with communication. Anything that we needed or had questions about.
