"Stayed at Nico’s house for 5 nights. Chose the house for its quirkiness and the view of lake Garda from one of the bedrooms/studio was wonderful. House well equipped and lovely shower. Would say that property not suitable for young children or anyone with mobility issues as there are a lot of stairs. Access from public parking is also via about 30-40 steps and a short walk to the house. Would have liked it more if there had been a garden to sit in. The roads up to Gaino from Toscalano are...

"We had the best time! The property was extremely well maintained! The villa is beautiful and CLEAN! Well appointed and the towels were wonderfully large! The children enjoyed the pool and yard - again well maintained. Our plan is to return! Staying at the villa made our trip to Italy pure joy. "We loved staying at the Affi house! It's in a great location - quiet village and drive-able to do many things (Lake Garda, Verona, Venice, etc.) Our children loved playing with the toys in the home as well as playing in the yard. We enjoyed the hikes up the mountain at the end of the street. I would definitely stay again. Maria and Paolo were so kind and helpful. They accommodated our early morning flight and met us for check in based on our schedule."

"Ideal for getting away from it all (we went on honeymoon) tucked away from the crowds. Ideal for visiting Verona and Lake Garda and plenty of wine tasting opportunities. It has a lovely outdoor space for sitting in the sun or shade of the olive tree. My one suggestion for improvement would be better directions / labelling of the property as it took us ages to find. "Das Haus ist ein 200 Jahre altes Kleinod. Der Blick vom Balkon über den Gardasee und in die Berge spektakulär. Die Lage sehr ruhig. Trotzdem nur 10 Minuten von der nächste Badestelle am See entfernt. Gut zu Fuß sollten die Gäste aber sein. Es geht steil bergab / bergauf. Das nächste und wirklich gute Restaurant ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung und das Bad entsprechen nicht einem Neubauzustand. "Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Sauberkeit, Einrichtung, Die Wohnung ist Groß. Nago ist hoch über dem See, das aber mit dem E-Bike kein Problem war, man war in 5 min mit dem Fahrrad am See. Grüße an Maurizio ein sehr netter Vermieter der immer erreichbar war, das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und nett, diese Unterkunft kann man nur Empfehlen. es fehlte an nichts, eventuell ein TV im Schlafzimmer. Toller großer Garten wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Genau gegenüber eine gute Pizzeria wo Preis...

"Wir haben hier eine sehr schöne ruhige Woche verbracht. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, sauber, hell und sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet einen wunderbaren Blick auf den See- leider keinen Zugang. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Art Siedlung, in der es einen kleinen, gut ausgestatteten Laden für die täglichen Dinge gibt, eine Pizzeria mit Blick auf den See und einen Strand für Hunde und einen allgemeinen Strand gibt, beide mit sehr gepflegten Wiesen."
