"I was very pleased overall with our stay. I was happy there was an elevator as we had packed lots of luggage to attend the flea markets. The front desk employees were very friendly and kind. I would recommend staying here. In fact, I have already recommended this hotel for a good economical but safe clean place to stay."

"The hotel looked a little run down, obvious old leaks in the roof, peeling wallpaper. We had breakfast once and it was a great selection and was pretty fresh. The staff spoke English and we were able to communicate when needed. We did have the fire alarm go off at 2 am and there wasn't much instructions from staff. The metro was close and there was quite a few restaurants within walking distance. It is located on the outside of the center of Paris and most places take at least 30-40 minutes to get to any of the touristy spots, but the metro itself is quite efficient. "

"The executive apartment has a door for the double sofa couch sitting room area which gives privacy for the guests sleeping on it. The receptionist was very capable dealing with many guests expeditiously. There is also a generous supply of dishes, snacks and drinks in the room. The bathroom and kitchen are spacious. The room also has a balcony with chairs and a table which guests can enjoy."

"Our bathroom smelled like dead mouse. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. At first we thought it was just the shower drain off gassing and did not mind it since we’re always out exploring the city most of the day. The smell worstend to a full blown smell of a dead mouse on the last day. We informed the reception but only received a reaction that they are shocked. No apologies, no gesture of care or to inspect the room, nothing-as if they don’t care about their guests at all. All we received was just laughter. Maybe because of the language barrier, but i think google translate made it clear what we wanted to convey. We were always polite and said our pleasantries when we approached the staff, the way the reception staff dealt with us was not professional at all. We feel disrespected, as if we’re just another guest that will never come back once they received our business."
