Brianwood condo ski in/out - at Giant Steps

Ski right up to the door of the condo…. Newly remodeled 2 story condo unit directly in front of the Giant Steps lifts. Nicely decorated and fully stocked kitchen this family condo is ready for your arrival. Very comfortable with awesome views of the Brian Head. Enjoy the festivities on New Years Eve and the 4th of July from the comfort of your home.

Bedroom #1 has a king bed with full bathroom. Bedroom #2(loft) has two sets of bunk beds and a full bathroom. The well equipped kitchen with all of its appliances are a welcome site after a hard day on the slopes. Relax in front of the fire at night while playing games with the family or watch movies. This condo is stocked with a ton of games and DVDs for your use. Create memories the whole family will remember for years to come.

No wifi

They didn't bother to fix this and it was very inconvenient to work via weak hot spot and even going to the lodge to get wifi.

Not clean, no internet and little to no response from the management company.

The sheets were not changed from the previous guests and the main floor bathroom was filthy including the shower having hair left in the drain. We could not get the internet to work. The TV did not work as it need the internet. The management company’s response was to keep restarting the internet (which never worked) and that they were sorry about the sheets and no response regarding the bathroom.

First time at Brian Head

Arrived at 4 PM (check in) to discover the condo had not been cleaned. A young lady eventually arrived, ( her first day on the job) and "cleaned" the unit in 60 minutes. We proceeded to sanitize the the unit as best we could. Fireplace was not cleaned and I did so. Several light bulbs in the unit were out. The sofa and living room chair are very old and not comfortable. Refrigerator was dirty and had food left in it. We only used the bed in the master and it was fine. Short walk to the lifts and this was fine. Would probably come back to Brian Head but reserve a different unit.
