"House is in a nice location. Everything worked. Was quiet and beds and bedding were great. Everyone slept very well. There is some maintenance that is needed. Some flooring has curled up and is a trip hazard. There are no grab bars in the bathrooms and there needs to be. The walk down to the water is steep and is via stone steps, which while they seem to be well secured there needs to be a railing the entire way. Outside of the building could use a good cleaning."
