No fault of the staff. They were friendly and very helpful. The Marriott Company in the other hand really needs to send some love to this property. Tired and worn out public area, in need a of a refresh. Maybe some plants? The carpets in the elevators were dirty and stained. The pool in the photos on the website looked so different than what was truly a tiny little pool that is adjacent to the main highway, hardly a relaxing place to take a dip. Mariott shame on you for creating such badly designed spaces. Bravo to the working people who have to execute your horrible product.

Quite and Simple

I was attending a religious convention in Denton. This hotel was some what close and eliminated a lot of travel time. The hotel is fairly news and clean. Staff was polite. Rooms are not cleaned everyday. Clean towels available at front desk. My fridge did not work, it kept cutting off. No stores or restaurants near hotel. A gas station is across street. However the street is very busy, no stop light. A small pool is on site. Free Breakfast, coffee and tea available in the Lobby. Very convenient. Bed was comfortable, quiet surroundings. :)
