"Good alignment between price and quality. Staff was fantastic. The breakfast is not good. The rooms are dated (but very clean, quiet, and comfortable!)... and the pricing reflects that, so I would still rate this hotel quite highly and would stay here again."

"The hotel is in downtown Wilmington. Great location and close by to the Christiana Care Hospital. Which is why I chose it since I was having surgery. The hotel was very well maintained, the rooms were clean and spacious. When we checked in they were having happy hour with snacks and drinks. My husband enjoyed breakfast the next morning. We didn’t get to use any of the amenities. But I still gave a 5 star rating. You will not be disappointed booking a room here. A ha what was funny when we got there was we didn’t know you had to use your room key for the elevator. We thought it was broken. We got off the elevator to use another one and the same thing happened talk about feeling like idiots. We laughed about it most of the night."

"It’s an old hotel but is well kept up. Our first room had a weird smell (likely because of the tenants that had been in there). I’m giving 5 stars because they were so helpful in getting us into another room."
Woodspring Suites Wilmington Riverfront

"Good place to stay and rest for a few nights. Ideal for business. You really get your money’s worth if you’re able to stay multiple days. A little steep if you’re only staying for essentially a wake-up but that’s my opinion. Staff was nice building was pretty clean. Facilities looked good, but the vending machines are extortionists sorry. Would I come back? Absolutely."
